By shopping with ERAZO you agree to the following terms.

Orders: An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation call or message. Providing an accurate phone number and address is your responsibility.
Pricing: All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes. We may adjust prices and stock availability at any time.
Payment: Cash on delivery (COD) and available online payment methods. Advance payment may be required for certain orders.
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; you may still request an exchange under our Return & Exchange Policy. Repeated refusal of delivered orders may restrict your ability to place future Cash on Delivery orders.
Delivery: Estimated delivery times depend on your district and courier schedules; delays outside our control do not entitle cancellation penalties.
Product images: Photos are for illustration; minor variations from production batches may occur.
Returns: Exchanges follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
Misuse: Fraudulent orders, refusal without valid reason after confirmation, or abuse of our staff may lead to order cancellation and account restrictions.
